To Michelle, Sally, Tom and families, Kathy and I send our sincerest condolences to you on the passing of dear Uncle Tib. He was a truly gentle and kind man who was loved by all. He took after his father, which is the ultimate compliment. In later years, after Tib lost Marie and Gloria lost Bill, those two reconnected in a very special way that only a brother and sister would understand. Gloria adored her little brother Tib and loved getting together for meals with him in Mineville. That's when Kathy and I and our girls really got to know Tib and realized what a special uncle he was.
