Obituary of Joseph Lawrence Stover

January 7, 1966 - January 28, 2022

Joseph L. Stover, of East Dalhousie, formerly of Lower Sackville, passed away on January 28, 2022. Born in Ottawa, he was a son of the late Barry and Marilyn (Haddad) Stover.

Joseph was self-employed, specializing in drywall and home renovations but was a jack of all trades. He was the most amazing, kind and caring person anyone could know. He would give you the shirt of his back and if he didn’t have one, he would find one for you. He was always cracking jokes and making people laugh. In his spare time he enjoyed, snowmobiling and 4 wheeling. Joey was a loving husband, father, brother and friend, who will be missed by all who knew and loved him. 

He is survived by his wife, Trina; sons, Jonathan, Mark and Brandon; daughter, Raylene; brother, Harman (Donna); sister, Angela (Barry) Guitard; many nieces and nephews.

In keeping with the family’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Joey’s life and private family service will take place at a later date.
