Obituary of Joyce Marie Heighton

Joyce Marie (Worthen) Heighton was born May 28, 1936 in Halifax NS, she was the Oldest Daughter of the late Edward Worthen and Pearl (Pritchard).  Mom's most favorite time of the year was Christmas, you could tell by how mom decorated her home enjoyed her Music and loved her Flowers.  She was married to her husband Ron, her loving husband for 71 years.  Joyce passed away with her family by her side. Mom leaves behind her husband Ron; children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She is survived by her children; Larry (Cathy), John (Kathy), Christina (Art Sampson) Ronnie (Debbie) and Baby Amanda -deceased ; 8 grandchildren ,Patricia, Alicia, Michelle, Amanda ,Brenton, Chuck ,Stephanie, Ashley, and Jason -deceased ; 9 great grandchildren; sister, Sheila Porter (Art); brother, Edward(Carol).  Joyce was predeceased by; brothers, Denise, Mike (Phyllis).  In keeping with Joyces wishes there wil be no visitation.  A funeral service will he held at a later date.
