So sad to hear of Bill's passing . Bill was always a joy to talk to , always had a story to tell . I have wonderful memories of hanging out at the Soper family home , back when we were just kids in junior and high school . Tammy , Shelley and I . Bill would always have us laughing . My sincere condolences to all of the Soper family , and of course to Tammy and Tom Askins .
